We’re looking for a senior sales leader with deep Automotive Fleet experience and a genuine hunter mentality to lead our Fleet, Government, Rental and Corporate segments nationally.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building high-performing teams, and turning strategy into commercial results at pace.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, Passenger and Commercial Vehicles, you will own the national strategy and performance of our Fleet, Government, Rental and Corporate portfolio.
You’ll lead a high-performance sales team, aggressively drive volume and revenue, expand our portfolio through new initiatives, and build long-term partnerships across the fleet and mobility ecosystem.
This role requires strong market presence, visibility and regular site engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead national Fleet, Government, Rental & Corporate sales strategy
  • Aggressively drive sales volume and revenue to meet and exceed budget
  • Create, lead and develop a high-performance sales team nationally
  • Personally lead major opportunities, tenders and key relationships
  • Expand the portfolio through new initiatives, segments and ideas
  • Build and maintain a transparent national pipeline and forecasting discipline
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product and Marketing to deliver market-leading solutions
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships while securing short-term wins
About You
Essential
  • Extensive experience in:
    • Automotive Fleet & Government, or
    • Automotive Fleet & Rental
  • Proven high-performing sales experience in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with a self-motivated, hunter mindset
Desirable
  • Experience operating across multi-site or national portfolios
  • Exposure to tenders, large enterprise accounts and complex negotiations
Location & Requirements
  • Melbourne or Sydney based (Melbourne preferred)
  • Regular site visits required:
    • Altona / Laverton (VIC)
    • Kemps Creek (NSW)
  • Australian driver’s licence required
  • This is not a fully remote role - visibility and presence matter
